JOB SCOPE
-
Admin_

  • Maintaining the preparation of documents pertaining to quotation, purchase order, invoices and delivery order.
  • Received jobs/orders from local and international customers.
  • Updating customers on the delivery date to meet customer requirements
  • Maintaining a filing system in each section of department and updating appropriate records when required.
  • Responsible for reducing costs to the company, such as evaluating costs of purchasing from various suppliers to arrive at the best deal.
  • Followup with the suppliers on scheduling delivery.
  • Interacting with suppliers in case of delay in delivery of supplies, receipt of damaged or incorrect quantity of goods.
  • Review inventories and order as required from the production department.

Account_

  • Ensuring payments, amounts and records are correct.
  • Working with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers and journals.
  • Recording and filing cash transactions.
  • Controlling credit and chasing debt.

JOB REQUIREMENT

  • SPM &STPM/PROFESSIONAL CERTIFIED
  • Possess good knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures.
  • Detailoriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Fresh Graduates are also welcome to apply.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
RM1, RM2,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday


  • Saturday

  • Half Day
