Description
Own overall relationship with a portfolio of clients, which includes managing on
- boarding, implementation, client retention, high levels of customer satisfaction

  • Establish a trusted and strategic advisor relationship to help drive continued value of our products and services to the client
  • Liaise with different internal stakeholders
  • Sales, Customer Support, Merchant and Development teams
  • Communicate effectively with both internal and external seniorlevel management to understand customer needs, maximize retention and growth, and communicate learnings
  • Maintain existing customer success metrics and data while looking for ways to build on currently established practices
  • Understand the business landscape (Good to have)

Requirements:


  • You are proactive. You have a "cando" attitude. You take ownership of the tasks and clients assigned to you
  • You have at least 25 year(s) experience in account/client management roles
  • You have excellent sales experience and customer service skills
  • You have excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills
  • You are a creative thinker with exceptional attention to detail and a problemsolver
  • You have at least a Bachelor degree in business administration, mass communication,socialsciences or similar relevant field

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
RM3, RM4,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Fixed shift
  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

  • Yearly bonus

  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:


  • Account management: 2 years (preferred)
  • Client management: 2 years (required)
