JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure customer's orders are correctly & timely updated in the system.
  • Responsible to update the system on each job work flow do billing and submit job for closing once job complete.
  • Handling and ensure accuracy & timeliness on all the shipping & operational activites.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, including responding to inquiries and resolving complaints.
  • Monitor shipment status and notify customers of all detail's shipment updates, for both FCL/LCL export and import.
  • Ensure that all documentation meets import/export regulations.
  • Ensure customer details are updated in all operational systems.
  • Provide quotation to customers as requested.
  • Timely preparation of all required documentation during shipment arrangement.
  • Prepare monthly reports for Management reports as requested from time to time.
  • Manage and coordinate with vendor/suppliers to ensure they are providing quality and stable services.
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback to improve the customer experience.
  • May performs other duties as and when required.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to fulfill customer expectations.
  • Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Liaison with customers, agents, operations and service providers on all operational related matters.

Pay:
RM2, RM4,000.00 per month
