Description

JLL supports the Whole You, personally and professionally.

1) To be aggressively and sincere, Monitor all the vendors activities and update,
2) Daily Proactive audits at site, finding any things that abnormal condition and update
3) Check Vendors documentation and permit to work on site
4) Attend Mechanical & Electrical QAQC on site with third parties QAQC.
5) Collaborate with vendors on Pre and Post inspection and update.
6) Assist cleaning team to clean facilities in Clean room
7) Self driven, work done without been told and support on shutdown activities.
8) Interface directly with clients to identify and analyse critical needs, define problems, and develop specifications to guide the solution process
9) Risk assessment which identifies on site risks including occupational health and safety, fire safety and essential services and environmental.
10) Ensure feedback from client are recorded and action taken to the satisfaction level of end user. Lead by example in achieving maximum client satisfaction level.
