***This position requires the individual to direct all facets of communications activities (internal and external) aimed at marketing, promoting, or selling products/ services with a consistent, compelling message that builds awareness, trust, and market share.


He/she will consistently ensure that the brand/ company regularly receives high standards through compelling marketing strategies such as influencer marketing, activations, online and social presence while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.


KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

  • To assist in all marketing, advertising, publicity, and promotional events for the assigned brand(s) according to set guidelines
  • To manage and implement endtoend influencer marketing activities
  • Plan, manage and develop social media calendar for assigned brand; propose and create engaging content to enhance brand visibility and follower growth
  • Support and assist in identifying placements and performance tracking for online ads

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in planning, coordination, and implementation of marketing strategies for all brands, which includes promotional plans, marketing activations and events, press conferences, and special projects by brand guidelines and timeline
  • To establish and maintain good relationships with industry influencers
  • To manage and execute end toend influencer marketing activities and campaigns, from identifying potential influencers until implementation with completion of report for all brands to amplify brand presence
  • To plan, manage and develop social media calendar for assigned brand, propose, and create engaging content for social media platforms that resonates with target audience to enhance brand visibility and follower growth
  • Support and assist in the operation and growth of marketplace platforms, which includes preparation and uploads of materials, order processing, online advertisements etc
  • Assist in identifying suitable platforms and report tracking for effective online ad placements to increase sales and conversions, awareness, and traffic
  • Manages and updating customer, influencer, and media database
  • Prepare, compile, and deliver required reports with accuracy and clarity within set timeline
  • Ensure all marketingrelated invoices and purchase orders are accurately processed and recorded by the company's SOP
  • Stay uptodate on market trends and identify potential opportunities on how to increase brand equity for all brands

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Highly organized and detailoriented
  • Creative thinking and passionate in content curation
  • Proactive and possesses ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with digital marketing strategies such as social media, content, online ads is a plus

Pay:
RM3, RM4,000.00 per month
