Executive, Leasing - Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia - Kuala Lumpur Pavilion Sdn Bhd
Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist to source and secure tenants for the shopping mall to meet leasing targets
- Assist to conduct marketing research in keepingup with market trends
- Attend to leasing enquiries and compile information from potential retailers
- Ensure that tenants are consistent with the retail plan and the positioning of the shopping mall
- Ensure that all leasing documentation are in good order
- Liaise with Legal department on Tenancy Agreements
- Maintain strong and good relationships with existing and new tenants
Requirements:
- At least 1 year relevant working experience in retail mall management
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Communication skills in Mandarin would be added advantage
- Wellorganized, meticulous and able to work independently
- Ability to multitask and work within tight deadlines
Salary:
From RM3,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
