Description
Responsibility
- To assist the Company Secretary in carrying out corporate secretarial compliance works to meet the requirements of the Companies Act 2016 and other regulatory requirement for a Public Listed Company
- To assist the Company Secretary in liaising with the external Company Secretary to prepare agenda for convening of Board Committees, General Meetings and to prepare minutes of meeting.
- To assist in coordination of all matters relating to circular to shareholders, annual report and any other disclosure documents as required by Main Market Listing Requirements.
- To liaise with external company secretary on preparation of resolutions, minutes and statutory forms.
- Assist Company Secretary in reviewing minutes within one week of receiving from external Company Secretary.
- To coordinate for Annual Report to be released within timeframe and AGM to take place within stipulated timeframe under Companies Act 201
- To coordinate for Board Notice and Board Papers to be released within 7 days prior to the meeting
- To liaise with external Company Secretary to ensure that Bursa Announcements are made within the timeline required by MMLR.
- Administrative duties to make sure proper records are kept all the time
