Amir Asyraaf Bin Mayudin

My name is Amir Asyraaf Bin Mayudin, 26 years old. I am interested in being a part of the organization where I can fully utilize my skills and abilities to make contribution to the success of the employer and at the same time my individual growth. It is another precious opportunity for me to explore and gain knowledge as much as possible in the oil and gas engineering field for my future. 

I graduated from Universiti Teknikal Malaysia Melaka with a Bachelor of Electronics Engineering Technology (Industrial Electronics) with Honors. Currently, I work at MaxLab Technology Sdn Bhd as a Service Engineer.

I have undergone an internship programme as an instrument practical trainee at Ranhill Worley Sdn. Bhd. for roughly 7 months (from 14 September 2020 until 2 April 2021) and was assigned under contract for Engineering, Procurement and Construction Management (EPCm) at ExxonMobil Exploration and Production Malaysia (EMEPMI).

In addition to that, I have experience in assisting a Control and Instrumentation department in preparing the datasheet/material requisition for Level, Flow and Temperature instrument. Furthermore, I have exposure to the calculation for the DP Type Level Transmitter, Wake Frequency Calculation for Thermowell and Restriction Orifice sizing calculation.

 Performed on-site installation, testing, and commissioning of the instruments
 Involved remotely and hands on for preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance .
 Prepared quotation for clients varies across the oil & gas, mining, steel and construction industries, such as - Petronas, Sirim, MPOB, CREAM (construction 
research malaysia), and many corporations in the sector.
PRACTICAL TRAINEE - INSTRUMENT (INTERNSHIP)

Ranhill Worley is a joint venture between the leading engineering and Construction Company in Malaysia. I have been assisted Control & Instrumentation department in preparing datasheet/Material Requisition for Level, Flow and Temperature instruments for 8 months of internship program.
 Involved with Engineering, Procurement and Construction Management (EPCm) project contract from ExxonMobil Exploration and Production Malaysia (EMEPMI).
 Successfully develop instrument datasheet and Material requisition (MR).
 Commit consistency check on instrument schedule against MFDs.
 Prepare material surplus and valve inspection for material management task.
 Accomplish documentation / drawings issuance for multi-disciplines within EPCm3 project, as well as Vendors Documents which involved incoming & outgoing transmittal.
