I am Nur Liyana binti Mohd Hafidz, a Diploma student in Computer System Technology, passionate about technology, networking, and technical problem-solving. I have a strong interest in IT support, system maintenance, and network management.
Throughout my studies, I have gained knowledge and hands-on experience in computer hardware troubleshooting, network configuration, and software installation using tools such as Cisco Packet Tracer, pfSense, and Windows Server. I enjoy learning new technologies and continuously improving my technical and communication skills.
I am a responsible, fast learner, and dedicated individual who works well both independently and in a team. My goal is to build a career in the IT field where I can apply my skills, contribute to an organization’s success, and continue developing as an IT professional.
