 Receive and register Engineering Team & Subcontractor’s documents. Require to upload into EDMS and transmit to client via  P‑ ETRM& upload in FTP.
 Prepare the hardcopies and send by hand to client office.
 Hard copies and electronic copies need to be stored/filing in an orderly manner.
 Receive and register Client provided documents/drawings.
 Upload into EDMS and notify the originator (Engineering team/Subcontractors) to incorporate client commented.
 Issuance of an uncontrolled copy document upon request.
 Ensure that the appropriate and correct documents are distributed  to the  controlled  stations  and  retrieve  the  obsolete document.
 Prepare, transmit and register letter to client, subcontractor & consultant
 Receive and register letter from client, subcontractor & consultant. Hardcopies circulation/distribution  to  all head/manager.
 Update relevant Master Documents& Drawing Register log as and when there is a need to be revised.
 Check quality of documents and converted to PDF for digital signature.

team/Subcontractors) to incorporate client commented.
