• Co-ordinate appropriate consideration of safety requirements with sub-contracts, engineering and construction personnel as assigned; provide safety technical support and assistance to projects and co-ordinate safety requirements and formulation of risk reduction measures with project-assigned safety personnel, engineering, construction and the on-siteHSE representatives during construction.
• To draftcomprehensive HSE plans,project specific risk reduction plans, safety awarenesstraining programmes and technical reports.
• To providerecommendations and input for revisingsafety procedures, work processes and other qualityimprovement measures.
• Conduct safetyinspections/assessments of projectconstruction activities to monitor compliance with applicable safetyand health requirements including contractual commitments, permits and the project’s HSE plan.
• Providing technical support and assistance directly to construction supervision and sub-contractors in planning and executing field activities in accordance with the project safety requirements.
• Working with construction personnelto develop risk assessments, JSA/JHA’sand project specificmitigation plans,

safety and healthawareness training programmes and technical and regulatory reports.
