Sharifah Amelia Syahirah

I am Sharifah Amelia Syahirah, a recent graduate with a Diploma in Human Resource Management from Kolej Teknologi Antarabangsa Cybernetics. I have a strong foundation in various HR functions, including recruitment and onboarding, and a proven ability to manage employee communications effectively. My dedication to professionalism and resourcefulness has been recognized through my consistent presence on the Dean's List, where I maintained a GPA of 3.50 or higher.

I possess a diverse skill set that includes proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and digital tools like Canva and CapCut. I am fluent in Bahasa Melayu and have basic English skills. My commitment to organizational growth and success drives me to deliver high-quality work while actively contributing to team initiatives.

I completed an internship at TNB Engineering Corporation Sdn Bhd from April to August 2024. During this time, I assisted with various HR tasks, including:

• Assisting the HR team with employee onboarding, benefits
  administration, and record-keeping
• Supporting the administrative staff with organizing and maintaining
  office files and documentation
• Providing backup coverage at the reception desk, handling phone
  calls, greeting visitors, and managing schedules
• Helping to coordinate logistics for company events and meetings
• Performing general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing,
  photocopying, and mail distribution
• Assisted with recruitment and onboarding processes, including
  resume screening, interview scheduling, and new hire paperwork
  Updated HR databases with information such as performance reviews.

This role enhanced my skills in human resources and teamwork, further solidifying my commitment to organizational success.

I hold a Diploma in Human Resource Management from Kolej Teknologi Antarabangsa Cybernetics, which I have been pursuing since July 2022. My academic performance has been recognized on the Dean's List for multiple semesters, demonstrating my commitment to excellence with GPAs of 3.50, 3.86, and 3.75. Additionally, I completed my secondary education at Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Seri Tasik, where I obtained the Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia.
