As a
Brand Strategist, your role focuses on creating strategies that will drive consumer behaviour ,developing positioning recommendations, provide strategic direction, guide market research analysis and define brand elements and tone for the brands we represent (existing and new).

Additionally, as a champion for our brand audiences, it is particularly important to develop consumer insights and build brand love for the brands we represent (existing and new)

Responsibilities:

Provide strategic input to Brand and Creative teams in the analysis, interpretation, development and presentation of integrated campaigns.
Provide communications strategies, creative briefs, lead creative briefing sessions and approaches to evaluation to ensure that those clients benefit commercially from a strong focus on their markets and their consumers.
Be the primary guardian of strategy. Make sure it is followed from briefing to final output.
Initiate and support thought pieces that will help Agency and clients stay ahead of change.
Support the agency in preparation for Disruption workshops. Some of these workshops will be lead by you.
Support the Strategy Director and team members in business development and new business activities.
Take initiative in developing strategy for open briefs, nonprofit campaigns and creative opportunities.
Actively participate in new business pitches and business development.

Job Requirement:

Possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor Degree Graduate in Marketing or relevant field.
A minimum of 34 of experience in marketing or related sector.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
Willing to learn and embrace changes and challenges.
Selfmotivated with a proactive approach to problemsolving and achieving targets.
Ability to work independently.
