Position Title:
Deputy Finance Manager (SEA)


Our client is a world-class global commodities warehousing and freight forwarding company including logistics business, and is currently seeking a
Deputy Finance Manager to provide regional support for Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, and Indonesia in financial planning and analysis for business units.


Responsibilities:


  • Review and analyze financial and business data and provide analytical reports on SEA entities performance, business trends and pitfalls, etc
  • Track and determine financial status by analyzing results, monitoring variances with budgets and forecasts
  • Responsible for job costing analysis and gross margin analysis for the Company and overview of SEA entities gross margin for reasonableness
  • Prepare presentation slides to Management Team
  • Support in SEA entities budget, forecast and consolidation
  • Support new system implementation and postlaunch user queries
  • Review and improve on current financial/accounting processes/reportings for better efficiency
  • Ad-Hoc Reporting and Analysis
  • Perform other duties as assigned by superior

Job Requirements:


  • Degree in Accountancy/ACCA or equivalent
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience related to financial planning and analysis
  • Excellence in Advance Excel Skill, PowerPoint and ERP accounting software
  • Knowledge and experience in Oracle is a plus
  • Knowledge of financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance and information analysis
  • Responsible, meticulous, analytical, work well under pressure and able to meet tight deadlines
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team
  • Outstanding presentation, written and verbal communication skills

Job Type:
Permanent


Pay:
Up to RM11,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

  • Performance bonus
