Description
Administration:
- Fielding telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, word processing, creating spreadsheets and presentations, and filing.
- Selfinitiated so that provide office support to either an individual or team which is vital for the smoothrunning of a business
- Assisting in filing and efiling of expenses bills, purchases bills, claim form
- Generating and requesting Official Receipt, Payment Vouchers and Payment Slip
Recruitment Support:
- Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Supporting the onboarding process for new hires, including the preparation of orientation materials and conducting new employee orientations.
Training and Development:
- Coordinating training programs and workshops including scheduling, logistics, and participant communication.
- Assisting in the development of training materials and tracking employee participation.
Event Coordination:
- Planning HR events and initiatives, such as Team building activities, Team building games, Daily Tea Break or Knowledge Sharing Session, Team Lunch, Monthly Birthday Celebration, recognition programs, and wellness initiatives.
Employee Relations:
- Serving as a point of contact for employee inquiries, addressing concerns, facilitating resolutions, providing information and guidance.
- Assisting in the resolution of employee concerns and conflicts, escalating issues as needed.
Employee Records and Documentation:
- Maintaining accurate and uptodate employee records, including personnel files and HR databases.
- Ensuring compliance with document retention policies and confidentiality of sensitive HR information.
HR Compliance:
- Assisting in ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Supporting HR audits by preparing and organizing relevant documentation.
Payroll Administration:
- Collaborating with the finance department to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll and addressing payrollrelated inquiries.
Leave Management:
- Collaborating with supervisors to process and manage employee leave requests and schedules
Resource Management:
- Coordinating and recording the allocation and utilization of company resources, including office equipment, supplies, and assets.
Salary:
RM2, RM2,800.00 per month
