- This role is a team leader role (Data & Insights) in the Marketing Solutions department, who is in charge of providing solutions (eg. tools, packages) to Brands and Sellers in order to drive traffic and sales to their products and stores on Lazada.
- Shaping and driving our Marketing Solutions adoption.
- Identifying growth and optimization opportunities across all our existing Marketing Solutions, as well as potential innovations, by providing datadriven insights to internal stakeholders in order to create value for their brands and sellers.
- Maintaining our existing Marketing Solutions data.
- Standardizing internal Marketing Solutions operational procedures and best practices in order to drive internal operational excellence and efficiency.
- Driving relationships with internal stakeholders across different departments (commercial and category teams, finance, operations, regional marketing, product teams among the main ones), and upper management, in order to support and optimize our decisionmaking processes.
- Leading, engaging and inspiring a team of highly skilled data professionals, (as well as the broader Marketing Solution teams, together with the other team leaders).
Job Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in digital performance marketing, data science, strategy related jobs.
- Marketing/Statistics/Economics/Business Management related bachelor's degree.
- Excellent SQL knowledge is required.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite (Powerpoint/Excel Advanced etc.).
- Excellent knowledge of online advertising and ecommerce landscape, key players, strategies.
- Excellent ability in using data to measure performance, infer conclusions and make decisions.
- Proven track record in managing a team of data professionals.
- Ability to effectively communicate with upper management and cross functional teams.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fastpaced and rapidly changing environment.
- Strong appetite for technical projects, innovation and automation.
- Fluent in English and BM;
- Highly selfmotivated, proactive with a cando attitude.
- MBA/Master degree in Marketing/Statistics/Economics/Business Management.
- RPA (Robotic process automation) tools knowledge.
- Previous handson experience with Google AdWords, Facebook Business Manager, Smartly, Adjust and other marketing tools.
