Position Overview


A store Supervisor is responsible for supervise the daily operations of a store, making sure it runs smoothly and effectively.

Their duties include motivating sales teams, implement business strategies, arrange promotional material, and assist in training new staff.


Responsibilities:

Supervise Sales Staff and Training

Assist in achieving Daily, Weekly and Monthly sales goals

Assist in customer service

Maintaining the overall image of the store

Assist Inventory handling such as stock re-ordering, Stock take and track your stock levels at all times.

Supervise store daily operations

Assist in analysing store performance and handle customers enquiries


Requirements:

At least 2-3 years working in retail or supervisory experience.

Good communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.

Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Able to work on shift, 6 days per week including Public Holiday


Benefits:

Basic - 2, ,200.00

Fixed Commission

Monthly Target Achievement Commission

Expected Monthly Income 2, ,500.00
