Description

Job Purpose:

Co-solutions, manages and delivers IT Projects approved by Approving Authorities adhering to policies and procedures set by Quality Management, Risk and Compliance.

Qualification
Ø Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information technology or related discipline

Ø Years of Experience:
A minimum of 3 years total work experience in Banking or Stock Broking industry is advantageous.

Ø Experience of executing Agile Projects as Scrum Master is preferred.

Competencies
Ø Ability to manage and thrive under pressure and conflicting demands, with prioritisation of tasks and workload.

Ø Independent and resourceful, evidenced by high initiative in solving problems.

Ø Effective communication and interpersonal skills is mandatory as this position will be dealing with cross-functional teams, business and senior management

Ø Strong leadership is mandatory in ensuring showstopping issues (regardless technical and non-technical) are resolved correctly, by the right people and promptly.

Ø Exposure in regional projects would be an added advantage.

RM9, RM13,000.00 per month
