Overview:


rhi is currently recruiting for a
HR Analyst - People Care Advisor, to join our client within their Shared service division supporting our client Global energy brand at their office in Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur on a contract for 12 months.


The division is an internal global HR shared services organisation, responsible for delivering centralised and standardised HR services for our client from several geographical delivery centres across APAC and worldwide.


People Care Advisors are the first point of contact for HR related matters; the team are policy and process experts, dedicated to delivering the best experience.


Responsibilities:


  • The purpose of this role is to provide guidance and support to colleagues related to People & Culture policies and processes. The role holder will also perform people and culture transactions and contribute to continuous improvement activities.
    Key accountabilities
  • Understand the relevant procedures and processes for the relevant Businesses, as well as the internal processes.
  • Provide support to employee and organisation as and when required and respond to inbound queries.
  • Ensure employee and organisation data integrity is maintained during workforce administration processing, following data management processes and procedures
  • Perform transactions and manage associated tasks for offer & onboarding, employee personal and jobrelated data service requests.
  • Deliver record/document image management services according to agreed performance target and statutory legal, fiscal, or regulatory obligations.
  • Work closely with other Specialists within Services and Solutions in resolving operational issues, understanding processes while ensuring that overall operational objectives are met, ideas shared, and lessons learnt
  • Investigate, liaise, and resolve issues involving multiple systems and stakeholders in support of the resolution business escalations.
  • Support acceptance testing for Services and Solutions technology changes
  • Willingness to support ad hoc business and Services & Solutions project work as required

Technical Capability

  • HR generalist/practitioner or related/equivalent experience
  • Problem solving skills demonstrated through experience in case management
  • Numeracy & analytical thinking able to quickly and effectively analyse data to provide business insights
  • Risk Management able to manage ER/IR cases responsibly, identifying, preempting and mitigating risk

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in HR/relevant business field required
Experience in a HR or other shared services environment is preferred


Must have criteria

  • Must have 3 years experience in a HR or other shared services environment is preferred
  • Any system experience (Ticketing system) and HR system (response to query) Must have 'cut off experience'
  • Preferred
  • Working arrangement will be flexible (office 60% / remotely 40%)
  • However, the first 2 months you will be required to be in office for training
  • Good communication skill (English) written & verbal, as engaging with Asiapac
