Job Brief
Customer service representatives love to communicate with people and proactively solve issues. Always listen to customer concerns, answer customer questions and provide information about the company's products and services.

In some cases, customer service representatives may also take orders, and escalate customer complaints to the respective department using multiple communication platforms/channels.


Key Accountabilities

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • PROACTIVELY resolve customer complaints or feedback with the SLA.
  • Strong product knowledge & provide accurate information.
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
  • Enforce disciplinary measures as necessary for team members under direct supervision.
  • Creating engaging digital content that increases customer engagement and enhances the organization's online brand.

Key Competencies
-
Previous experience as Digital Marketing, Customer Service or other related fields:

  • Proven experience managing a digital marketing function for an organization.
  • Strong track record implementing successful digital marketing campaigns.
  • Experience using content management systems.
  • Capable of keeping confidential materials
  • Selfmotivated and has strong sense of maturity.
  • Results oriented and Customer focused.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Completion of high school education, attainment of a general education degree, or an equivalent qualification.

Exceptional proficiency in both spoken and written English and Mandarin (a must):

  • Competent in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and CRM System.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Openness to work on shift rotation.

Salary:
RM3, RM4,900.00 per month
