Transaction Banking Malaysia Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team in Transaction Banking Malaysia. The incumbent will be responsible for delivering quality solutions and services, ensuring excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute positively to the achievement of unit's Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), performance, and initiatives.
• Provide advisory services on working capital solutions and cash management solutions covering Commercial Finance Solutions (CFS) segment.
• Identify new business sales pipeline, including up-selling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Drive and deepen wallet size and utilization of Transaction Banking's solutions and services.
• Coordinate and collaborate with all product partners and other channels within Maybank.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in any field.
• Results-driven and fast learner.
• Good command of oral and written communication skills.
• High level of interpersonal skills, able to work as a team and independently.
• Excellent organizing skills, analytical, assertive, and able to meet deadlines.
• Willing to travel and possess own transportation.
• Preferable with working experience related to Transaction Banking Sales and knowledge of Trade Finance, Cash Management, Supply Chain, and Banking processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
