OCTAGON GROUP is currently seeking to hire talented Project Executive to join our team.

Octagon is a fully integrated signage company equipped with in-house capabilities from designing, manufacturing, installation and maintenance providing a one-stop end-to-end business solutions for the corporate image needs.

1) To responsible for overall project management which including planning, execution, monitoring, controlling and closing of the project.

2) To handle project documentation such as quotation, tender document & price submission, proposal, progress report and invoice submission.

3) To liaise and collaborate with all parties involved in the project including internal teams, consultants, and contractors in order to ensure smooth progress of project work.

4) Build sustainable relationships with clients.

5) Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken regarding customers' requests or issues.

6) Attending meeting at client office or site (Klang Valley and outstation).

Requirements:

Degree/Diploma in Business Administration/ Marketing/ Communication or related field.
Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply.
Must possess own transport and willing travel to Klang Valley & outstation if required.
Able communicate and written in English, Bahasa and Mandarin (added advantage).
Related working experience and technical knowledge would be a significant plus.
People oriented and good interpersonal skills.
Willing work at Kajang.
