Attend and welcome customers upon their arrival and assign rooms- Pleasant appearance / well groomed
- Receiving and managing reservations made online and via telephone
- Verifying guest payment methods during checkin
- Assigning rooms to guest and informing them of any special offered by the hotel
- Managing guest room services issues
