Job Summary:


As a Culture, Talent Management, and HR Associate, you will play a critical role in supporting our team's growth and development.

You will work closely with the HR Manager and other members of the team to develop and implement strategies that promote a positive and inclusive culture, attract and retain top talent, and support the professional development of our employees.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing initiatives to promote a positive and inclusive culture, such as employee engagement programs, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and teambuilding activities.
  • Coordinating onboarding and orientation programs for new employees, including training and development programs.
  • Managing employee performance and development programs, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and career development plans.
  • Develop and implement training programs to ensure employees have the skills and knowledge required to succeed in their roles
  • Develop and implement diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture
  • Use data and analytics to measure and improve employee engagement and retention
  • Stay uptodate with changes and trends in HR and talent management, and incorporate these into HR processes
  • Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to ensure HR processes are aligned with organizational goals and objectives
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to HR and talent management

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in HR or talent management roles
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and current trends in talent management
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other teams and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to HR and talent management

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
RM3, RM5,000.00 per month
