Job Summary:
As a Culture, Talent Management, and HR Associate, you will play a critical role in supporting our team's growth and development.
You will work closely with the HR Manager and other members of the team to develop and implement strategies that promote a positive and inclusive culture, attract and retain top talent, and support the professional development of our employees.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing initiatives to promote a positive and inclusive culture, such as employee engagement programs, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and teambuilding activities.
- Coordinating onboarding and orientation programs for new employees, including training and development programs.
- Managing employee performance and development programs, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and career development plans.
- Develop and implement training programs to ensure employees have the skills and knowledge required to succeed in their roles
- Develop and implement diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture
- Use data and analytics to measure and improve employee engagement and retention
- Stay uptodate with changes and trends in HR and talent management, and incorporate these into HR processes
- Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to ensure HR processes are aligned with organizational goals and objectives
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to HR and talent management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in HR or talent management roles
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and current trends in talent management
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively with other teams and stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to HR and talent management
Job Types:
