Finance Manager

Our client is a Global Diversified Company with a culture that strives for growth championed by an established management team.

Currently, they are looking for a Finance Manager to lead their Financial Accounting team.

Responsibilities:

Responsible to supervise and oversee the overall endtoend Financial Accounting and Financial Reporting processes.
Review and ensure accurate and timely delivery of General Accounting (i.e. reconciliation, fixed assets, posting of journals) and Financial Reporting activities.
Lead, manage and develop existing team to ensure continuous effectiveness and efficiency in meeting KPIs.
Lead person in resolution of BAU issue(s).
Participate and drive process/continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Requirements:

Must possess Professional Qualification i.e. ACCA/CPA/ICAEW.
Possess at least 10 years of strong understanding and knowledge of Financial Accounting and Reporting knowledge.
Possess both External Audit & Commercial Finance experiences. Preferably from Retail Industry with regards to Commercial Finance experiences.
Possess strong leadership experience, communication and interpersonal skills.
Possess strong SAP ERP knowledge.
Proficient in English and/or Mandarin for efficient and effective communication with internal stakeholders.
