FP&A Support 1) Support the development and maintenance of financial models and forecasts. 2) Assist in the preparation and analysis of annual budgets and periodic forecasts. 3) Conduct financial variance analysis and provide insights to management. 4) Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and ensure accuracy and completeness. 5) Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders. 6) Monitor and evaluate key financial metrics, identify trends, and highlight potential risks or opportunities. 7) Assist in conducting financial and business performance reviews. 8) Contribute to the improvement of financial planning processes and procedures. 9) Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in financial planning and analysis. 10) Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and other duties as assigned.


Requirements:
1) Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a corporate environment. 3) Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. 4) Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques. 5) Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other relevant financial software. 6) Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 7) Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders. 8) Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. 9) Self-motivated and proactive, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges. 10) Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
