Madison specializes in creating innovative and cutting-edge software solutions for businesses across various industries. The team works remotely spread out across Singapore, Vietnam and Malaysia.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive growth.


Key Responsibilities:

Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Create and execute a strategic sales plan and targets that align with our company's goals and objectives. Work with senior management to identify new engines of growth, business intelligence, competitive analysis of competitors and business operating environments and relevant insights to guide origination and sales efforts to expand our markets and reach.

Manage the Sales Pipeline: Work closely with the Founder and Operations Director to maintain close oversight on the entire sales cycle and pipeline.

Customer Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying and engaging potential clients. Understand client needs and provide tailored support throughout the account lifecycle.

Sales Leadership and Analytics:Analyze sales data and market trends to achieve competitive products and pricing. Provide leadership guidance to the sales team and regularly assess sales performance against goals, and adjust strategies as needed for continuous improvement.

Cross-functional Collaboration:Collaborate with the product development and operations teams to align sales efforts with product offerings and marketing strategies.

Feedback Loop:Regularly gather and act upon feedback from clients and the sales team to refine product offerings and sales strategies.

Travel:Travel as needed to meet with clients, attend industry events, or support the sales efforts in various regions.


Key Experience and Qualifications:

Proven Sales Leadership:Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the software or technology industry. Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Technical Familiarity:Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and other necessary sales and reporting tools is essential.

Strategic Thinker:A strategic mindset with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies aligned with the company's vision and objectives.

Excellent Communication:Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams.

Industry Knowledge:Deep understanding of the software development industry, its challenges, and opportunities.

Negotiation Skills:Proven ability to negotiate effectively and secure favorable terms for the company.

Education:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Software

Engineering/ Development or a related field is preferred.
