Key Responsibilities:
Data Entry:
- Accurately enter and update information into databases, spreadsheets, and other digital platforms.
- Ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
Filing and Organizing:
- Maintain efficient filing systems for both physical and digital documents.
- Retrieve and archive documents as needed.
- Assist in implementing and improving filing processes.
Phone Communication:
- Answer and direct phone calls professionally and courteously.
- Take messages and relay information accurately.
- Manage and screen calls effectively.
General Administrative Support:
- Provide general administrative support to team members and management.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in data entry and information management.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Melayu and English.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Professional and friendly phone manner.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in office administration is a plus.
- Previous experience in administrative roles preferred.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Location:
- Taman Sri Putra, Kempas.
Salary Range:
- RM RM 1800
Salary:
RM1, RM1,800.00 per month
