RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible to oversee general warehouse operations and activities including receiving, storing goods, maintain good inventory levels, ensuring the efficient delivery of goods, supervising staff, adhere to company Rules and Regulation especially on Safety & Security.
Monitor employees. performance, provide guidance, support, identify development needs, and develop good the reciprocal relationship between staff and the organization.

DUTIES:

To carry out 3 R (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle) practices within PKT Group of Companies.
To carry out the Inbound/Outbound and warehouse tasks according to SOP.
Develop and execute daily and weekly action plans to meet department performance expectations.
To daily check he MHE's condition before starts work based on MHE checklist.
To escalate immediately to superior if encounter any incident or abnormalities.
To ensure that all daily warehouse operations activities are met and completer on time without any failure or delay.
Compile Inventory Accuracy and Warehouse Occupancy Reports.
To assist the Warehouse / Store Executive on daily warehouse operations activities.
Supervise the day to day warehouse operation activities.
Compile Warehouse Staff Attendance
Assist with evaluating employee performance, providing written and verbal feedback.
Make appropriate improvements to departments processes and procedures.
Enforce all safety procedures; ensure safe work practices are followed and maintain a safe work environment.
To followup on daily assigned job are completed on timely manner.
Perform and carry out any ask given by superior.

COMPETENCE:

Education:
SPM or Above

Experience:
Preferable 1 years' experience in warehouse operation or 3PL

Skills:
Able to read, write and communicate in English and Malay, Computer literacy ( Basic Knowledge - Microsoft Application)

Work Remotely

Salary:
RM2, RM2,800.00 per month
