Description

Responsible on printing ink quality and regulatory compliance.

Responsible as quality management representative to maintain the ISO certification.
Responsible on incoming raw material evaluation, analysis, specification and supplier quality performance.
Responsible as quality management representative to maintain the ISO certification.
Responsible as quality management representative to maintain the PFCC certification.
Responsible to establish, review and approve changes and ensure update of quality manual and procedures from time to time to ensure compliance to ISO requirements and ensure implementation effectiveness and efficiency of quality management system.
Responsible to coordinate all internal quality audits and 2nd and 3rd party quality audits, review results and followup corrective action and to report results and recommend improvement actions to top management.
Responsible to develop and maintain laboratory measuring jig, test equipment calibration and crosscheck.
Responsible to handle customer complaint and ensure customer product quality requirements are fulfilled.
Responsible to investigate quality rejects, customer complaints or rejects and technical queries and follow up corrective actions implementation and effectiveness.
Responsible to identify, lead and drive Quality continuous improvement programs to improve effectiveness of process and product.
Responsible to identify training needs, organize or/ and conduct quality control awareness training and evaluation for subordinate.
Responsible to coordinate with the management team in the periodical review of the Quality System.
Responsible to carry out others QA Executive job responsibilities in his/ her absent.
To involve in the Quality Environment Management System (QEMS).
To adhere to Environment, Health & Safety regulations and requirements at all times.
Perform any other adhoc duties designated by Superior or the Management as and when required.
Possess at least a Bachelor Degree in any discipline and 2 years quality related experience.
Possess knowledge of QA, statistical quality control and ISO 9000.
Possess good communication and interpersonal skill to all level.
Able to travel to customer place when needed.
Knowledge of MS Office, PowerPoint and MS Excel is essential.
Selfmotivated with the ability to originate and adapt to new ideas.
Able to work without supervision.
