In your role, you will organize, enhance the proficiency of the AP LSS team. Your mission is to propel Maintenance excellence, improve cost productivity, and streamline Cycle time reduction.

These efforts are all geared toward achieving the team's overarching objectives, which encompass profitability, exceptional service delivery, unwavering quality, and utmost customer satisfaction.

As an important player, you will report directly to the LSS Deployment Champion for the Asia Pacific region, operating within a dynamic hybrid working arrangement based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor.

Key Responsibilities

Advocate for a peoplefirst culture and unwavering commitment to safety ensures that every step we take is grounded in protecting our workforce. Simultaneously, you help drive standardized processes across our Operation Teams, fostering efficiency, consistency, and excellence.
Champion maintenance best practices at multiple locations through assessments, gap analysis, coaching and organizational change.
Report on implementation status and quantified improvement measurements, according to standard KPIs.
In collaboration with the Global Engineering team, improve the standards, training materials, templates, tools used by the plant maintenance teams to run their process.
Make sure the paint manufacturing sites in the region implement a proper Cycle Time/OEE database.
Lead LSS program running to improve pilot sites lean maturity.
Facilitate new plant start the Lean journey.
Forecast operating costs of department and directs preparation of budget requests.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related processdriven field. Master's degree would be an added advantage.
Minimum ten (10) years proven experience with LSS/Continuous Improvement in industrial, a chemical / food / pharma manufacturing environment.
Green Belt certification, Black Belt certification.
Experience in Lean project/Kaizen workshop facilitation independently.
Experience in Maintenance Reliability programs and Asset Maintenance Management is essential.
Fluent command of English,
Global perspective at the forefront, and a broadminded approach, you also possess a data analysis capability.
