  • April 05, :45A world's top watch brands distribution and retail company in Asia is looking for Client Advisors to be part of their team. You will play a crucial role in building and maintaining good relationships with clients.

Main responsibilities of the Customer Relations Consultant role:

  • Equipped with in-depth product knowledge to provide recommendations and consultations to clients.
  • Provide excellent sales and aftersales service to clients and build good relationships with them to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
  • Assist Boutique Manager on the store operations including stock management and boutique maintenance, to ensure adherence to retail standard operating procedures.
  • Support team members in administrative duties, processing of payments, and update of records into the system.
  • Involve in Brandrelated events and act as a Brand Ambassador if appointed.

Job Requirements:


  • Qualifications: SPM, Diploma, Degree or equivalent.
  • Min 1 year of working experience in luxury retail operations.
  • Experience in fine watch retail business will be an added advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and outgoing personality.
  • Selfmotivated, customeroriented and target driven.
  • Proficient in English (Mandarin is an added advantage).
