Centered on data-driven technologies and innovation, these services include consulting & innovation services in payments and beyond, data insights and analytics solutions as well as loyalty and marketing programs and platforms.


Within the Data & Services organization, the Insights & Analytics (I&A) product organization is focused on creating and delivering superior products for our clients in the area of operational & location insights, business intelligence, analytics and data driven experimentation.

This team is accountable for ensuring we are growing our business through thoughtful product road mapping that evolves our solution sets to meet existing and new use cases, influencing global product managers to ensure the solutions in region are effective and partnering with our Business Development and Client Services teams to drive relevant go-to-market solutions for our customers in the region.

Overview


This role is responsible for product management for the Targeting Analytics (TA) and Business Intelligence (BI) product lines and P&L within Insights &Analytics LoB, for the Asia Pacific region.


Key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Owning and driving the P&L aspirations for the TA and BI product lines in Asia Pacific in close coordination with the regional D&S business leads
  • Determining and driving forward product innovation agenda and product road map in partnership with the global product leads and regional stakeholders
  • Ensuring successful commercialization of new and existing solutions in collaboration with the business development teams and client services teams in the region.
  • Ensuring flawless delivery of the product and maintaining the highest standards of quality in our customer relationships
  • Enabling rapid scaling & differentiation by embedding TA solutions with other D&S and Services offerings
  • Enabling growth of Business Intelligence platforms and reports to new client segments and new GTM methods
  • Interfacing with Mastercard leadership across the organization to represent the suite of capabilities and products
  • Influencing and working effectively with extended sales, delivery, account teams in the region to deliver on financials
  • Providing expert sales support and ensure close partnership with the business development teams so they are fully equipped to sell the products
  • Collaborating with finance, operations and billing teams to drive revenue planning and recognition
  • Monitoring external environment to ensure our solutions remain market leading/competitive
  • Partnering with marketing to build a brand for D&S in advanced analytics, AI and platforms
Role
