Admin Officer - Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia - FINEXUS GROUP
Description
Greeting and directing visitors, answering phone inquiries and handling complaints in a courteous, professional manner- Ensuring office supplies are maintained, including checking inventory and working with vendors to ensure adequate levels of necessary supplies at all times
- Ensuring the confidentiality and security of files and filing systems
- Coordinating, arranging meetings, and distributing memos if required
- Operating copy equipment, fax machines, printers or other equipment necessary
- Answer queries by employees and clients
- Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments
- Book meeting rooms as required
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, or related.
- 01 years of experience for entrylevel positions
- A pleasant personality with excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu.
- Work experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator or similar role
- Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)
- Strong organization skills with a problemsolving attitude
- Working knowledge of necessary productivity tools, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of, or the ability to quickly learn how to use standard office equipment, such as fax machines, phone systems, and copy machines
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Salary:
RM2, RM2,800.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Willingness to travel:
- 75% (preferred)
