Oversee the end-to-end product development process, from ideation to launch.- Collaborate seamlessly with crossfunctional teams including sales & business development, training, purchasing & logistics, and finance, ensuring a smooth product development and launch, while fulfilling product management responsibilities.
- Conduct comprehensive market research and trend analysis to identify opportunities, stay ahead of industry developments, and optimize marketing efficacy.
- Manage the product life cycle, making datadriven decisions to optimize performance and meet consumer demands. Actively participate in product and market strategy planning, as well as brandbuilding activities.
- Cultivate and nurture supplier relationships to ensure successful product launches and the timely delivery of highquality products.
- Engage in the planning and seamless coordination of events and promotional activities essential to our brand and business development efforts.
- Prepare comprehensive sales reports and conduct postevaluation analysis to monitor KPIs and assess marketing effectiveness.
- Support and streamline all aspects related to product development and management, working closely with the Marketing Head for strategic alignment and execution excellence.
Salary:
RM3, RM9,000.00 per month
