Description

We are looking for an organized individual who can perform the given job duty with professionalism and also able to communicate well with other team members.

Follow up workers master list on permit and passport expiring.
Arrangement on FOMEMA for existing and new intake workers (Purchase, Appointment with Clinic, Liaise with client/site admin/operation team on transportation for workers).
Purchase insurance and permit and follow up.
New intake worker (documentation for SP and Endorsement), liaise with customer the arrangement until complete work permit sticker.
Renew all passports for existing worker.
Purchase flight ticket for workers holiday and end contract with prepares COM and arrange deployment.
Endorsement of new intake for SKHPPA insurance.
Prepare Invoice of renew permit and insurance.
Manage for absconded worker report to immigration (if request by client) SITA.
Other adhoc matters deemed necessary by the company.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years experience in foreign worker passport control or relevant field.
Minimum SPM and above.
Able to read, write and communicate effectively in English and Bahasa.
Fresh graduates with interest in Foreign Worker management are welcome to apply.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
RM2, RM4,000.00 per month
