Descriptions:
Handling administrative functions for the department Under general supervision, receives and routes in-coming calls and greets visitors at KPMG Corporate Floor and direct the guest to designated meeting rooms and serving beverages.
Responsibilities:
- Wellgroomed and always ready with a smile to greet clients and visitors at the Corporate Floor
- Promptly answer incoming calls and directs calls correctly, takes and delivers messages
- Must be familiar with the names and extension of all staff in the various departments of the firm and the telephone system
- To show and lead clients and visitors to the waiting lobby and/or meeting rooms and serving beverages.
- Attend to booking of meeting rooms.
- Checking daily that the meeting room facilities in the corporate office are operational. Please report any flaws to admin staff.
- If any of the administrative staff are on leave and must standby for their replacement.
Requirements:
- SPM or equivalent
- Preferably minimum 1 year work experience in a similar capacity.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Prefer if they have additional language skills.
