Handling administrative functions for the department Under general supervision, receives and routes in-coming calls and greets visitors at KPMG Corporate Floor and direct the guest to designated meeting rooms and serving beverages.

Provides general information and assistance to the public. Performs routine office support functions, including filing, and performs related duties as may be assigned.


Responsibilities:


  • Wellgroomed and always ready with a smile to greet clients and visitors at the Corporate Floor
  • Promptly answer incoming calls and directs calls correctly, takes and delivers messages
  • Must be familiar with the names and extension of all staff in the various departments of the firm and the telephone system
  • To show and lead clients and visitors to the waiting lobby and/or meeting rooms and serving beverages.
  • Attend to booking of meeting rooms.
  • Checking daily that the meeting room facilities in the corporate office are operational. Please report any flaws to admin staff.
  • If any of the administrative staff are on leave and must standby for their replacement.

Requirements:


  • SPM or equivalent
  • Preferably minimum 1 year work experience in a similar capacity.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Prefer if they have additional language skills.
