Summary:

To build strong, lasting client/agency relationships based on achieving progress in achieving clients' marketing objectives with efficiency that results in profit to the agency.

Responsibilities:

Project timeline delivery
Maintains central filling system for documentation and tapes.
Guides the daytoday development of all client projects. Ensure that progressive steps in the process are approved with adequate time to meet schedules.
Keeps agency personnel informed of client requests and changes.
Obtains all required client approvals, promptly (including cost estimates).
Coordinates with the media, creative and production members of the account team to ensure all media deadlines and rotations schedules are accurate and up to date.
Transmits billing to the client after checking for accuracy and reviewing against estimate. Attends to inquiries or disputes regarding billing and payment, when necessary.
Any additional adhoc tasks as assigned by superior

Job Requirements:

Minimum diploma in Mass Communication/ Marketing/ Business or any related field.
Good Communication and presentation skills.
Careful & meticulous.
A selfstarter and a team player with the ability to multitask.
Able to work within timelines.
Confident and able to handle demanding situations professionally

Contract length: 3-6 months

Salary:
RM1, RM1,200.00 per month
