Job Description

• Prepare month end closing and management report.
• Plan and liaise with external auditors on conformity of accounting practices and timely completion of year end statutory audit for the Group.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and analysis on Group Accounts, highlight and advice Management on matters with significant financial impact on Group's performance
• Setting up financial and internal control systems for Account's Department.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory framework for financial reporting, tax legislation and any other applicable laws.
• Manage insurance policies
• Verify bank guarantees/ agreements
• Prepare budget consolidation, financial reporting, and analysis
• Handle cash flow management, overhead control, debt management and collection
• Develop financial strategy, risk minimization plans, opportunities forecasting and investment advice
• Ensure tax installments paid on timely basis Qualification:
• Preferable degree in Accounting/ Finance and/or Professional qualification from recognized accountancy body or professional qualifications of MIA / MACPA / ACCA.
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience.
• Sound technical knowledge on financial reporting standards, taxation, SST and withholding tax.
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with all levels of staff within the Group
