Description

To ensure that credit risk exposure on the entire AR ledgers is proactively analyzed and that adequate recommendations and, follow up actions are taken to constructively limit/mitigate the credit risk exposure, while maintaining compliance with order to cash policies and other collection strategies.

• To run regular report and perform credit analysis and customer/ country financial statement reviews when onboarding new customers and, recommend trading terms and conditions in line with credit policies and guidelines
• To perform analysis on outstanding AR ledgers, determine customer's potential risk and propose measurement to mitigate potential risk.
• To adequate follow up upon identified risks and gaps
• To reconcile customer's credit limit and perform Credit Hold process and adhere to credit risk policy to mitigate potential risk
• To review Credit limit review
• To regular review customer's legal status in line with country's law
• To agree and coordiante credit risk mitigation measures with Sales
• Daily routine including AR collection entries for Central office and reconciliation on total company AR books
