About the Team
The Human Resources Business Partner will be responsible for end to end employee lifecycle management including onboarding, performance management, leadership coaching, learning & development, talent engagement and retention.
Our HRBPs uniquely partner with our regional/global HR COE functions including orgnaizational culture, performance & incentives, organizational effectiveness, L&D, ER, HR Operations and talent Acquisition teams to manage the growth of the organization ranging from collaborative projects, continuous improvements, headcount planning, conducting interviews, to job architecture design.

Responsibilities:
- Partner with your assigned business unit and ensure a deep understanding of business strategy and implement highquality HR practices within the team.
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to grow the business through headcount planning, redeployment, interviewing and onboarding
- Guide employees through their onboarding experience, providing a great landing program, and conduct onboarding training to educate HR information.
- Build and sustain strong foundations for performance management, process governance, employee communication, etc. to meet strategic goals of the organization
- Coach and mentor business leaders to help build a strong community that will improve the development of the business.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and leadership and provide HR guidance when appropriate; including staffing, talent development, performance management, and employee relations.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications
- 4+ years of HR generalist or HRBP experience in global company
- Comprehensive HR and employment law knowledge, with experience in multiple APAC locations, an advantage
- Handson employee relations and performance management experience
- Demonstrated capability to work in a fast paced environment and prioritise independently to deliver key business objectives
- Experience developing relationships and influencing across all levels
- HR experience in ecommerce or the technology industry, or BPO will be an added advantage.
- Demonstrate strong communication, engagement and influencing capability
- Be selfmotivated, diligent, responsive, accountable and resilient
