A. Personal Assistant to Club Director- Organizing Meeting & Taking Minute Meetings
- Arrange appointment for Club Director
- Maintaining daily calendar activities for Club Director
- Issuance of Complementary Vouchers
- Document Controller
- Update on Head of Department Leaves
- Liaising with Staff, Head of Departments, Suppliers, Members & Guests
- Follow up on HOD task/project from Club Director Office
- Monitoring Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI)
- Complimentary Request Form (CRF) Record
- Coordinate Head of Department and Executive KPI
- Liaison person with TCB Directors
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a personal assistant
- Knowledge of office management system and procedure
- MS Office and English proficiency
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Discretion and confidentiality
- Diploma or certification in Secretary/ Office Management would be considered an advantage
Salary:
RM3, RM4,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
