Description

Assist Project Manager in coordination and oversee the project life cycle of facilities related projects. They manage projects from conception through construction and completion.

Assist in coordination with End Users to determine requirements and scope of the project; Develops preliminary design concept on each proposed project.

Assist Project Managers with design review of drawings and specification provided by exterior Design Professional firms for the purpose of coordinating furniture layout and procurement.

Reviews consultant's completed design drawings and specifications ensuring that program requirements are met; and that the Furniture's layout and selections meet the Users needs and requirements.

Formally document the design and construction process by keeping and maintaining accurate records of all significant project-related events, including but not limited to meeting minutes, design submittals documents, construction administration documents (RFI, ASI, CPR, Change Order request, etcAddressing the defects and arrange rectification to comply with specification, including the handover of property to operators after completion. Manage the submittal/shop drawings review process. Providing problem and dispute resolutions.

Requirement :

Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering, or Certificate in Interior Design.
At least 13 Years of working experience.
English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
Resourceful, Responsible, Quick thinking and Positive Mind-Set
