Job Summary
Liaising with other managers to formulate objectives and understand requirements, Estimating costs and preparing budgets. Organizing workflow to meet specifications and deadlines. Taking inventory, making supply orders, handling disputes among team members and regularly assessing safety standards in all areas.

Key Responsibility Areas

Develop and execute the vision, strategy and roadmap of product lines by gathering and analyzing business Intelligence from internal and external sources
Engage key stakeholders and coordinate with relevant internal departments to ensure that strategic goals, timeline, and objectives of productions are met.
Developing workflow policies and procedures that improve efficiency without compromising safety or quality
Evaluating machine resources to ensure continued production and mínimal downtime
Establishing a balance between increased productivity and reduced costs of manufacturing operations
Ensuring adequate scheduling of staff
Motivating, supporting and providing guidance to production staff
Ensuring all safety and health standards are met to keep im organization accident-free 9. Communicating regularly with upper management regarding problems or issues impacting production
Organizing relevant training sessions
Liaise with the marketing and business team to optimize the product marketability

Requirements:

Having experience in handling the operations of fatty acid splitting, hydrogenation, distillation and fractionation

Team player with excellent organization:
communication and interpersonal skills

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
RM4, RM7,000.00 per month
