Job Responsibilities


Technical Leadership:

  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of web developers.
  • Lead architectural discussions and decisions, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
  • Mentor team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.

Web Development:

  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Ensure code quality, performance, and security through code reviews and implementing best practices.

Project Management:

  • Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Track and report progress, identify risks, and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Coordinate with the QA team to ensure thorough testing and bug resolution.

Technical Expertise:

  • Stay updated on emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in web development.
  • Evaluate and recommend technologies and tools to enhance development processes and efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide innovative solutions.

Documentation and Communication:

  • Document technical specifications, architecture designs, and development processes.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates and gathering feedback.
Qualifications & Experiences Needed

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in at least one highlevel programming language (e.g.,.NET Core, Java, PHP, Python) is mandatory.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and serverless architectures.
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide junior developers.

Salary:
RM8, RM10,000.00 per month
