Develop and implement marketing strategy to generate lead, grow pipeline & build brand awareness;

Identify and test paid and unpaid channels to reach the desired audience;
Create and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and SEA marketing;
Create content strategy & material for our website & social media platforms;
Create and manage the marketing budget, ensuring that spending is aligned with strategic goals;
Monitor and analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly to optimize results;
Conduct market research to identify industry trends, target audiences, and competitors;
Stay uptodate with the latest marketing technologies and trends, and incorporate them into marketing strategies as appropriate;
Collaborate with other departments, such as account servicing, creative and product development, to ensure seamless communication and to accelerate growth;
Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and contractors.

REQUIREMENTS:

4+ years experience or above in digital marketing, ideally in B2B marketing in a fastpaced scaleup;
Strong experience in organic & paid advertising (SEM, SEO, Social) with proven track record of lead generation;
Experience in copywriting, content creation & branding;
Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels to generate leads;
Strong analytical skills;
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
Flexible & positive cando attitude thriving in a fastpaced environment;
Experience with accountbased marketing (ABM) would be an advantage;
