Description
Job Requirements
- High school/Diploma/Bachelor from any discipline
- Good knowledge of labor legislation (particularly employment contracts, employee leaves and insurance)
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Solid communication skills
- Able to work under stress and tight timelines
Able to start immediately will be added advantage
Responsibilities:
- To responsible for timely processing of payroll and to ensure accuracy of all payroll related transactions included OT and allowances
- To attend to all workers' enquiries (such as hostel issue, workers issue, foreigner work permit renewal, CIDB renewal and etc.)
- To assist in implementing, review HR policies & procedure and orientation
- To handle office expenses such as items purchase with cash & pay bills
- To handle security, cleanliness, maintenance of internal office, company assests and etc
- To handle company licenses renewal
- Perform any tasks as assigned.
Salary:
RM2, RM3,500.00 per month

- STM/STPM (preferred)
