    Description

    Job Summary

    This role will oversee the development, onboarding, and maintenance of Islamic Wealth Management products.

    Key Responsibilities

    Product Strategy & Market Analysis

    • Determine product gaps in local markets compared to conventional banks and Islamic banks across the region.
    • Develop a product strategy aligned with Maybank's overall business objectives.
    • Analyze customer data to identify opportunities for product enhancements and new market entries.

    Product Development and Launch

    • Evaluate demand, viability, and feasibility for new Islamic wealth products through surveys with sales personnel and customers.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate product vision into technical specifications.
    • Develop comprehensive product launch plans, including marketing materials, sales training, and distribution channels.

    Product Lifecycle Management

    • Monitor product performance metrics (sales volume, customer usage, profitability) to identify areas for improvement.
    • Implement product enhancements, updates, and feature releases based on customer feedback and market trends.

    Regulatory Compliance

    • Ensure product offerings comply with relevant banking regulations and industry standards.
    • Monitor regulatory changes and adapt product features accordingly.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
    • Experience in Product Management, Portfolio Management, Sales Management, or Business Development.
    • 3-5 years of experience in Wealth product management and Islamic Banking.
