Description
Assist the sales team in managing and processing orders, quotes, and sales contracts.

  • Maintain accurate and uptodate customer records, including contact information and order history, in the CRM system.
  • Coordinate with internal departments such as and finance to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Provide support in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and reports as needed.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, providing information about products, services, pricing, and order status.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to track sales targets, goals, and performance metrics.
  • Assist in scheduling sales meetings, appointments, and followup activities.
  • Generate and distribute salesrelated documents such as invoices, purchase orders.
  • Prepare and analyze sales data, creating regular reports for sales managers and executives.
  • Support sales representatives with administrative tasks, including travel arrangements and expense reporting.

  • Assist in the organization and coordination of sales events, conferences, and exhibitions.
  • Ensure accurate and efficient data entry and management in the CRM system.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive customer and company information

; Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in sales administration, customer service, or a related role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM software.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Problemsolving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong customer service orientation and the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Knowledge of sales processes, order fulfillment, and basic sales techniques.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Adaptability to evolving processes and systems.
  • Proficiency in Chinese is a valuable asset.
