Description

The role requires processing of sales account financial commitments, accruals, raising purchase requisitions and other administrative work.

It also simultaneously involves managing and engaging multiple stakeholders across departments to ensure precision in submissions and timely settlement of payments to relevant retailers/distributors.

Further, there will also be expectations to run and format reports on a routine basis to support to key accounts team.

Reporting will largely be sales related, in enabling key account managers to track results vs KPIs.

There is a need for the ability to handle repetitive work, stay motivated, organized, accountable & dependable, possess good time management skills and has high attention to detail (critical).

Preferable to possess experience in data entry/account claims management, with basic knowledge in financial processes
Determined to stay on top of things, is selfmotivated and proactive in following up with relevant stakeholders (in sales and finance)
Has some degree of tech savviness
Comfortable with excel (proficient with fundamental formulas/pivots, at the bare minimum) and other software tools e.g. PowerBI as a bonus.
